• Device Metadata: Your device model name, operating system version, and unique device hardware identifier to prevent referral program abuse.
• Push Tokens: Your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send instant transaction updates and notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, performance of our contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations:

• To deliver rewards, manage points, and process withdrawal requests.
• To validate referral codes and prevent users from claiming multiple referrals on the same device.
• To notify you about important updates, approved withdrawals, or rejected request reasons.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers (such as Google Sign-In and Firebase) to facilitate app operations. These providers are bound by privacy requirements and cannot use your data for unrelated purposes.

We implement security measures including HTTPS communication and controlled access mechanisms to help protect your information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You may sign out from Google login and manage notification permissions from your device settings.

You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

• After verification, we will delete your account and associated data from our active systems within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
• Deleting your account may permanently remove access to your points, rewards, withdrawals, referral history, and account-related features.
• Some backup copies may remain temporarily and will be securely removed later.
